Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Lexi and Liv Dresses.

If you are not completely satisfied and your order qualifies, we accept returns (USA Only)

Please submit the return form within 14 days of receiving your order.

All international Orders (Outside USA) are non refundable. International orders do not qualify for returns/exchanges. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

A fee of $9.75 applies per returned order. Includes free return shipping) This will be deducted from your order total. (Return fee is per order, not per item)

We do not perform exchanges. Please return your original order a per the requirements laid out below and place a new order for the style/size you would like.

Return Requirements:

Merchandise must be delivered back to our facility by the 30th. day from the original purchase date.

Items returned past the 30-day grace period will not be eligible for return and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. (This includes pet hair, body odor and makeup stains)

Bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry and undergarments cannot be returned for any reason.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any Lexi and Liv hangtags, attached.

All items that are on Sale are Final Sale. These items cannot be returned.

Please Note:

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Once the refund is issued, it can take 7-10 business days for it to show on your Bank Statements.

Any original shipping fees are non refundable.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Lexi and Liv.

One Free return label per order is provided assuming the order qualifies for return.

Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will not be issued a  refund and you will be responsible for postage back to you.

Non-Lexi and Liv items sent to us will be donated upon receipt.

Lexi and Liv reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuser and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive return histories.

To request a return label, please email us at lexiandlivdresses@gmail.com and explain reason why the returned.

Please allow us up to two business days for us to generate a return label and email it to you. (Return label will be sent to the original email used on the order.)

Our Business office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM (PST) Once your return arrives to us, please allow up to two weeks for processing.
