Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within two business days (72 Hours) (Monday-Friday) of purchase from Riverside, CA

When your shipping label is created, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. (Orders with a value of $250+ will require a signature upon receipt)

After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues that the courier encounters making the delivery.

NOTE: We ship to the address you provide, so please ensure all information is 100% accurate. Once an order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes. The standard return fee of $9.75 applies to all returned to sender packages. Lexi & Liv is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse in Riverside, CA. If you have any issues with delivery, please reach out to the courier directly.

International shipping is a flat fee of $24.99

International orders do not qualify for return/exchange.

International orders are FINAL SALE.

Local countries' Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the customer. The amounts vary country by country, but it can range anywhere from 20% to 50% for the total order value.

International orders may take around one to two weeks to arrive.
